This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for orders placed with Boston & Co through our website or other online sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification once it has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Rates. We offer a flat rate standard shipping of $6.95 per order. Free standard shipping on orders over $150.00 or more before taxes and after discounts.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Boston & Co is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, events beyond our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Local Pickup: Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 7-14 days unless prior arrangements are made.
A valid photo ID and proof of purchase may be required at pickup.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to: Incorrect address, undeliverable location, failure to claim the package. The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Boston & Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen.
If your order arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, provide photos of the packaging and product, retain all original packaging materials. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue where applicable.
Policy Changes: Boston & Co reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
