Return Policy

At Boston & Co, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made in-store and online.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if they meet the following conditions: Returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Unworn, unused, and in original condition. Original tags attached. Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Boston & Co reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund: Clearance or marked-down merchandise. Gift cards. Personalized or custom-made items. Intimate apparel or hygiene-related products. Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be processed as follows: Original form of payment (if returned within the stated return window). Store Credit (if returned without receipt or outside the refund window, at management’s discretion). Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for eligible items within the return window, subject to product availability. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for the price difference.

Online Purchases 

For online orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Boston & Co is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may require: Photos of the damaged item. Proof of purchase. Return of the item before issuing a refund or replacement

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund: Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary). Contact your bank.
